program’s needs and how/where we fit into the

determine what is just right for your group. We then
negotiate with our recommended suppliers to prepare
a creative and comprehensive proposal that best meets
your needs.
After contracting, we supervise each step of your program
as it is passed on to our internal operations team. They
go back through every detail ensuring that your program runs
flawlessly and then coordinate with on-site uniformed staff
to assure successful execution. Upon the completion of your
program, we reconcile with all vendors and provide a complete
invoice for your accounting records.
We then follow up post-program with a brief survey that
allows you to share your comments on our service throughout
the sales, operations and execution portions of your program.
