- CH2M Hill - Sustainability Expo & Concert
On August 25, 2008 during the Democratic National Convention CH2M Hill partnered with The Arrangers to host an event for 3,300 guests including dignitaries, Senators and celebrities and feature the launch of their “green” products followed by an intimate concert with Willie Nelson.
The event went off without a hitch however, 11 days before the program, our client was asked to move their event because of logistical conflicts with Barack Obama’s acceptance speech the following day. Working tirelessly around the clock, we were forced to scrap a year’s worth of planning and start from scratch.
- FranChoice - "Give, Bundle and Build"
FranChoice understands the value of relationship building, which is why they make teambuilding events a staple at every meeting. With colleagues coming together from all over the country, together we identified a charity that would serve citizens from across the U.S., be non-denominational and non-political.
Their 2007 meeting in Vail, Colorado was also scheduled over the anniversary of September 11th which made it appropriate to adopt the USO (United Service Organizations) and show gratitude to those who serve our country. Together 250 franchisors and franchise consultants stuffed 500 care-packages that were given to soldiers at the time of their deployment.
Luscious blue linens dripping in elegance, taste bud tantalizing King Crab and Jumbo Shrimp, pulsating Brazilian beats and lighting transformed white walls and glass encased spaces into a world of blue hues, trendy lounges and gaming, an experience in itself as the Denver Aquarium hosted Edison Electric’s Grand Event that capped off a week of sessions and speakers.
Guests let loose and changed from suites to evening wear to enjoy an evening of interactive entertainment, three live bands, scrumptious seafood, and a fire performance unlike anything seen before. This event was an unforgettable experience for all who partook.
- Hunter Douglas - Moving Mountains
An unknown guest count ranging between 2,500 and 3,000 guests arriving over several days, no complete manifest to be found prior to or throughout the program, chartered group transportation and evening shuttle services scheduled to fourteen hotels spread around the Denver metro area without any confirmation of actual numbers, not to mention iced bottled water for each guest on board each transportation move…
Most companies would find the prospect of this program daunting, however; our company embraced the challenge head on and pulled out all the stops in preparing for the unknown to make sure it was a complete success.
- NAA - Experience Colorado Welcome Reception
The Experience Colorado Welcome Reception was an explosion of design, entertainment and cuisine for over 3,000 out-of-state attendees. Transforming the Denver Performing Arts Complex into a celebration of Colorado, the event reflected the state’s history and culture by showcasing our diverse talent. From bluegrass to dance club and high flyers to hard-hitting drummers guests were surrounded by excitement.
Elaborate buffets highlighting each region of Colorado included a LoDo Bistro, Southwestern action stations and authentic Wild West barbecue. Enveloped by color, class and creativity, the night was a captivating masterpiece that went down as the best event in the client’s history.
- CCA Global - It Takes a Village
Over six days, averaging nearly 34 motorcoaches daily and 76 in one day, we moved nearly 3,000 CCA Global attendees in, out and around Denver. With ten internal groups, all part of one convention, we kept them in order - transporting them to their destinations safely and efficiently.
Transportation services included scheduled airport shuttles for all attendees, on-call VIP and ADA vehicles, daily shuttle system, golf and baseball group transfers, numerous industry tours, and an off-site event transfer utilizing 55 buses... Just to name a few!
200 buses. 114 transportation staff. Exceptional execution. It really did take a village!
- LCCA- Planes, Trains and Automobiles
Over 1,200 train junkies, members of Lionel Collectors Club, flew into Colorado and enjoyed a week of specialty tours. The program includes six 'train,' four sightseeing and two private layout tours.
We toured them high and low, near and far... From the Royal Gorge valley and atop the 14,000ft Pike's Peak via the Cog Railway to the Colorado Railroad Museum and the historic Georgetown mining train, the tours were received as "second to none." Twelve tours, totaling over 2,200 guests, showcased the state, making the convention so successful that - event before they left - they began planning for their return.
- Fidelity - Latin Infusion
Simple elegance infused with an energetic Latin flair and fashionable South Beach influence transformed a spacious hotel ballroom into a hip, private and ultra glamorous event. A chic and trendy ambiance was created with signature white linens, throw pillows, white leather lounge spaces and sheer draping, all punctuated with sexy reds, tying in the Cuban influence.
Interactive entertainment, including requisite popular karaoke, mixed with casino and street fair inspiration meshed well with the upscale look of a gala. The event integrated the color, movement and entertainment of Carnivale with an ultra exclusive atmosphere where guests completely let loose.

- 50th Birthday Event of Surprises
This surprise 50th birthday event was a creative and distinctive evening that consisted of three unique themes; a Classical Champagne Hour, an authentic Italian Family- Style Dinner and a Swanky Jazz Lounge, all of which came together under one roof, in one room and on one amazing night.
Teamwork and communication were crucial in making the transition from theme to theme flawless. The entertainment alone switched from a classic string trio to Italian Opera and finally a funky jazz band. The changes in entertainment, linens, lighting and overall ambiance kept guests intrigued and on their toes with surprises all evening long.
